Reservations Policy
- Bookings from 4 nights stay and more to be secured by 2 nights deposit
- Bookings from 1-3 nights stay to be secured by 1 night deposit
- Travel agencies must pay the whole amount 10 days prior guests arrival
- All remaining balances to be settled upon check in of the hotel.
- Accounts can be settled by credit card or bank deposits
- Personal cheques not accepted
- VISA & MASTERCARD credit cards are accepted
- Check-in Time: 13:00 pm / Check-out Time: 12:00 noon
- Additional charges apply to late check-out (50%)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival: No charge. The deposit (-3% credit card expenses) is fully refundable.
- Cancellation within 20 days or less prior to arrival: 2 nights charge (100% of deposit)
- Non-show: Total Reservation amount will be charged
- Early departure: 50% charge of the remaining stay
